I don´t know about you. But do you know where 70 percent of MY favs come from? In the ten secounds a new pic of me is on the mainpage it gets faved. That is okay, since I don´t promote my art this is the only way for people to see me. As a well - manert person I thank everybody for takng interest in my stuff. I go to the profile of the one who faved me to leave thank you, just to see that he has FAVED FUCKING EVERYTHING from the frontpage for, like, an hour or so. This abuse of the favorite-funktion is a quick way to generate views, if you need to masturbate to that number, but more than that it is anoying. People faking interest to lure you to promote there own work. Happens to everyone of us, I guess. But winner of the cake is [link] . Not only is he one of the usual ten-cent atentioncrackwhores that fav everybody blindly to get them to his stuff, he doesn´t have the decency to show his so called "favorites", and so denies the victims of his promotion-trap the smalest atention for there works! Total. Dickmove. It doesn´t mater that his works are aktualy pretty decent, the way he optained this atention makes them look worthless.
I know, everybody of us wants internetfame like mighty Endling [link] .
But there are honest methods. Particiate in contests. Go to forums. Do stuff. And realise you don´t need a pageview-number equal to the citicens of Norway to be an artist.
